
Cub Master:
Ben Filson
Ben is originally from Stockton, CA where he enjoyed Cub Scouts and Webelos with Pack 130 earning the Arrow of Light, Boy Scouts with Troop 14 reaching the rank of First Class Scout, and Explorers in high school. He joined our pack as a Den Leader in 2021 when his son and daughter joined Cub Scouts. Ben has applied the skills of teamwork and leadership learned through scouting to building products at Apple and later building and leading teams at Nest Labs and Google.

Arrow of Light Den Leader:
Lisa Dimick
Lisa is a San Carlos native. She has been involved in scouting for over 8 years with her two sons. She enjoys doing community service projects with her Den and helping them explore some of the amazing local trail systems. When she’s not doing scouting activities, you will find her volunteering at the schools, cheering on her kids at their sporting events, and learning how to play the drums.

Webelos Den Leader:
Pete Worters
Pete grew up in northern England and was an avid Cub Scout and Scout. He previously served as a den leader and the pack committee chair, and is excited to be den leader again. Pete has been in tech for nearly 20 years, at various small and large companies and now at SpaceX. He believes that scouting is a great way to get kids into camping and outdoor activities.

Bears Den Leader:
Chris Bushman
Chris grew up in San Jose and was in Cub Scouts earning his Webelos and Arrow Of Light. As he aged out of Cub Scouts he joined Troop 170 in San Jose and earned his Eagle Scout rank. He has been to numerous High Adventure bases and loves the outdoors. He has served as a den leader to the Tiger Cubs and will have a 2nd Scout Joining this year. He believes that Scouts helped to build a strong passion and positive attitude at a young age set him up for success in the business world.

Wolves Den Leader:
Mark Fedesco
Mark grew up in Connecticut and joined Cub Scouts as a Bear. He moved to Bakersfield continued to Boy Scouts in Troop 47 where he earned his Eagle Scout. Mark is currently a scientist at a local biotech company. He believes scouting helps build self-reliance and team work and values scouting as an opportunity to spend quality time with his son and daughter.

Tigers Den Leader/Treasurer:
Josh Mabry
Josh first joined Cub Scouts as a Tiger Cub in Nashville, TN, where he enjoyed racing in pinewood derbies, learning to safely use hand tools, and going on family camping trips. After moving to Chattanooga, he became a Webelo Scout and earned his Arrow of Light award before joining Boy Scout Troop 69 and achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Through Scouting, Josh developed valuable outdoor and leadership skills and is excited to pass these on to the next generation. He looks forward to seeing the kids in the pack become more independent and creative through the Scouting program. Josh has a son and daughter in the pack and is hopeful they will also come to love the outdoors and create many wonderful memories with their fellow scouts.

Ryan Braunstein
Ryan grew up in nearby Woodside and was a Cub Scout as a child, earning his Webelos and Arrow of Light. He continued to Boy Scouts in Troop 206 (Menlo Atherton) where he earned his Eagle Scout & was elected to the Order of the Arrow. Ryan learned many valuable lessons from scouting, including leadership skills as the Senior Patrol Leader of Troop 206, that have directly applied to his life in the working world. Ryan is presently an engineering manager at a local tech startup, applying leadership skills fostered in scouting to everyday life.
