The Webelos program helps the cubs transition from the adult-led Cub Scouts to the youth-led Scouts BSA that they will be joining mid-way through 5th grade. There are over 20 activity awards for Webelos with a focus on the outdoors, safety & first aid, a healthy lifestyle, and citizenship. The Webelos program has two major milestones – the Webelos rank badge to be earned at the 4th-grade level and the Arrow of Light to be earned at the 5th grade.
